Important Data Security Update from WTC and HealthSmart: HealthSmart is committed to protecting confidential and private information. Starting on June 29, 2023, all providers will be asked to confirm their identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA) when they log into the WTC Provider Portal. MFA increases user security by providing a second-level authentication/verification. For more information please review the User Guide and Educational Video.
